   Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear data > clear cache
2. Log in new google account into your device.
   
   Settings > Google > Add another account > Follow the instruction
   • You can’t use an existing account as it contains your actual location information
3. REQUIRE a payment method from the new country.
   • To set up a new country or region, you must have a payment method.
   • Add credit or debit card. (Not risk-free)
4. Once the page turn Japanese, it’s successful!

3. Log In/Sign Up
   

Top Up

Delete payment method.

1. Google Play Store
   
   • Profile (Top right) > Payments and subscriptions > Payment methods > More payment settiings
     

2. Google account
   
   • REMOVE the cards.
